The brand new DLS 25 was released in December 2024. Many important developments were made, including the Rooster Updates, Player Faces update, Cards, etc.
In this post, we are going to share some of the most notable features added in this new instalment of the Dream League series.
DLS 24 New Features
- Classic Players– Dream League used to feature all the Classic legend players in its game in 2015. After that, they discontinued it in their later versions. However, the Legends cards are back in Dream League Soccer 2025. There are four legend cards after every 90 days, they can be unlocked after playing a certain amount of game and earning DP.
Remember to complete the game within the time so that you can sign all for legends in the current DLS Classic Ladder. - New Cinematic Replay & Cut Scenes– When you score something extraordinary, then a special cinematic replay is shown with Ball Speed Animation with other sound effects. Many new celebration and cut scenes were added to the game including special signing animation for Legendary Agents and Classic Players.
Special efforts were made on the signing animation especially when you sign a special legendary agent, in addition to the presentation in front of the crowd the states of the player are also presented on the screen.
- 2024/25 Transfer Updates– All the latest winter transfers have been incorporated in this version of DLS 25. So you will find all the updated squads of all the teams.
- Add Friends– There is a new option when you press on the profile button where you can connect your friend’s profile with yours and you can check and compare the XP, Rank and Medals of your friends. This way you can compete with your friends in real time.
To add your friend’s profile you have to press the Generate Code Button and share the code with your friend, who has to put the code in his Add Friend Option. - Manager Customization– Not only the player but you can customise the managers also including their head style, skin colour, hairstyle, facial hair, outfits, headwear and other accessories. There are plenty of customisations awarded in the game and you can even import your kits into the DLS 24. From boot colour to the kit number there are enough opportunities provided to you to Customize your team.
- Legendary Stadiums– Three new stadiums have been added which can be unlocked either by paying real money or by in-game 1250 gems. These stadiums feature various cinematic cut scenes and other camera angles.
- Upgraded Training Centre– After their announcement FTG decided to increase the team space from 40 to 60. This way you can accommodate more players and possibly accumulate classic players in your squad without any hesitation of accommodation limitations.
- New Team Management Window– There have been some tweaks in the team management window where the additional benched players can be toggled based on their position and the Roles, Physios, Coaches and Team Formation buttons have been placed on the left.
- Super Agents– This is a new type of agent that upgrades three over all three players. Of course, it costs more gems than other agents.
- Portuguese Commentary– After adding the Spanish commentary last year this year FTG has added one more medal to their Hall of Fame by adding Portuguese Commentary in the game. Portuguese Commentary is done by Bruno Azevedo.
- Gamepad Support– Earlier Dream League Soccer could be played with a gamepad but you had to use third-party Apps for that. This year they have made a special option where you can control how you connect your smartphone with the gamepad and customize the layout.
- New Cards Design– This year has been new for the player part, especially with the design and overall. Although they retained their classical original golden colour they made quite unique changes by putting all the ratings and states of the player attributes inside a circle. The total overall stats of the player were moved to the right bottom section of the.
- New Songs– Just like every year new songs have been added which are played in the menu. You can also manually turn off the music if you want from the settings.
The various New Songs include ‘Good Feelings’ by Bakermat, ‘Super Natural’ by Barns Courtney, ‘Doing It Again Baby’ by girl in Red, etc - DLS Wrapped– You can check your full-year stats and performance in the form of Wrap Animation, Just like we see Spotify Wrapped.
- Other Gameplay Improvements– Well this list would go endlessly as there are so many minor improvements done in the DLS 25 Game.
